無論如何都要學英文的理由
昆凌為新書《我的好麻吉，讓我守護你》接受雜誌專訪，提到家裡一直都養狗：「我開口講的第一句話不是爸爸、媽媽，而是狗狗。」現在她當了媽，樂見女兒成長過程中有狗為伴，「妹妹很喜歡狗，可是狗不喜歡她。」愛犬「麻吉」很怕小孩，女兒想抱牠，牠會立刻逃走，因此她都笑女兒是「酷斯拉」，狗狗看到她都怕。
她聊起女兒話匣子停不下來：「還沒生出來時，會念她快出來；現在她一直不睡覺，又會念為什麼還不閉眼睛？」她一邊怨女兒精力充沛，下一秒又樂不可支分享女兒故事：「她之前一度發出『爸爸』的音，但並沒有意識到爸爸是誰，現在會有意識地叫我『媽媽』，爬來找我討抱。」相當得意。
甜美的她進了廚房手藝了得，拿手菜有南瓜盅、泰式檸檬魚、打拋豬等等：「我很喜歡煮菜，只有不喜歡洗碗而已。」老公周杰倫廚藝也不錯，在家會跟她搶著當大廚，夫妻倆沒事便會窩在廚房，一起研發新菜色，堪稱另一種夫妻情趣。
